4 th December 2016: In remembrance of Late “Konkan Kogul” Mr. Wilfy Remimbus. Our parish organised a competition among the ward members by singing his songs and acting or dancing to the song. The programme began at sharp 04.30 P. M. prayer by our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Paul Pinto. On this occasion Mrs. Meena Remimbus “ Konkan Maina” , Mr. Vishwas Remimbus and other members of Late Mr. Wilfy Remimbus family were chief guest.

25 th December 2016: Sarva Dharma Sauharda Divas was organised the parish council on December 25 th with the guidance of our parish priest Rev. Fr. Paul pinto. Chief Guest was Dr. Clarence Miranda, Principal of Pompei College, Kirem. Other guest Mr. Mahabala Poojary Kadambodi was present. Mr. P. Sadho Poojary Kulai Mr. Khalid Tannitubavi the recipients of Kannada Rajoystva award 2016 were honoured.

18 th January 2017: on Wednesday of 18 th January 2017 is celebrated as Surathkal Sacred Heart’s Church Parish Feast. As usual the Mudhoom candle was distributed at 10.00 A. M. Sharp at 10.30 A.M. the Eucharistic celebration along with the parishners, friend’s relatives commenced in a very devotional procession having Most. Rev. Fr. Alousius Paul D’ Souza, priests and a Deacon.
