Surathkal, 12 March, Sacred Heart Church Surathkal staged a religious drama on the theme of Resurrection, on 12 March at Surathkal Church premises.
The resurrection of Jesus serves as the basis for the religious drama. Written by Very Rev Dr Ronald Serrao, Rector St Joseph's seminary Jeppu Manglore. Directed by Mr Joel Periera, Bejai. More than 800 people watched the drama.
Very Rev Fr Austine Peter Peres , Parish Priest Sacred Heart Church Surathkal and Vicar Forane of Surathkal Vicariate welcomed the gathering and felicitated the Director of drama and the benefactors.
Rev Fr Richard DSouza, Socius, Sacred Heart Church Surathkal gave introduction about drama. The event started off with a prayer dance given by young people from Icym Surathkal unit.
Mr Russell Roche Vice President PPC, Mrs Asha Pinto the secretary of PPC were present at the dias.
